A fic rec: If you Needed Me by Myrna, told in four parts. It starts after S2 before Ethan cheats, but is a total BJ story where Justin gets sick. I got this from retread, so some of y'all may have read it before. It made me laugh a ton and cry a little and is just a wonderful must-read.
I think her portrayal of Brian with regard to Justin in S1 and S2 is a bit harsh, not that I ever really knew what Brian was thinking or feeling. I also think her analyzing of S1 and S2 Justin was a bit extreme. However, it was nice to read a story that wasn't anti-Ethan. I assume this was written before the cheating, which makes it easier to believe. It's a little sad that she has Daphne and Justin drifting apart. It's realistic, but still sad.
